Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items on sale are not eligible for return.

Please contact us first and wait for our final reply before and if you intend to contact the manufacturer. Once a claim is opened with the manufacturer we cannot resolve the issue ourselves and we will have to wait for the manufacturer’s feedback. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, once the product is handled by a third party, including the manufacturer, this will automatically disqualify the warranty from our end.

Returns (if applicable)
You can return your item to our location in Sweiqi. Items should be returned in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit note or refund will be issued with a deduction of the shipping cost. This is applicable for orders qualifying for free delivery (which we would have paid ourselves to deliver to you). In the case where you would have paid for delivery or post, we will refund the full amount of your order excluding delivery/post of the order. In the case where you would have picked your order yourself, you will be eligible for the full amount. 

Sale items 
ONLY regular-priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

DEFECTS and DAMAGES (if applicable)

IMPORTANT: Defects and Damages are only accepted for products bought from Bits&Bobs and against proof of purchase. If you bought a product from another reseller, please refer to the outlet from where you bought the item for after-sales. Bits&Bobs are not responsible for items bought from any other reseller.

Items are always checked during packing your order to make sure that no defective or damaged items arrive at you. In the event of a defective or damaged item during delivery, this should be reported immediately and within 24hrs from when received, by whatapps on +35699576013 with photos and a description of the damage and we will replace it at our expense excluding shipping costs which will have to be paid by buyer. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK ALL YOUR ITEMS AS SOON AS THEY ARE RECEIVED AS NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 24 HOURS.

In the 14 days window, we will replace items or parts purchased from us if they are defective. Defective items should be left in their original packaging including proof of purchase. If you think your item is defective please stop using it and report to us within 48 hours by sending a message to +35699576013 with clear photos of the defect and we will assist you accordingly. We will then ask you to bring the item to our location.  Defective items are to be returned within 5 working days from your message informing us of the defect within the 14-day time window. No claims will be accepted should we not receive your item after this time. We will replace the defective part or the whole product with an identical one if it transpires that the product defect falls under warranty. Should the product comes out of stock or is discontinued, we will give you the choice to choose any other item/s totaling the same value, or a refund.

Claims made after the 14-day period will fall under the standard warranty and will be handled case by case. Accidental damages, scratches, dents, discoloring, broken items, missing parts, deformed products and normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty. Your product is covered by this warranty for normal use and care. 

If you wish to return an item and the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit voucher for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the credit voucher giver and they will find out about your return.

items should be returned UNUSED and left in their original packaging otherwise your return will not be accepted. Personalized gifts and sale items are not returnable/refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure the item arrives at us. We are not responsible for items lost in the post or otherwise during delivery back to us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
